There is a no-return policy on after hour courier services. Exchanges can be requested under the following circumstances.
Customers are responsible for checking the integrity of product that is delivered while your courier driver is present and fulfilling your delivery. Any damage or discrepancies noted by our customers at the time of delivery will be subjected to “service replacement” (ie you can choose a different item of the same price, brand and specifications)
There is absolutely no returns after the packaging of the delivered goods has been compromised by the customer. (ie nothing opened can be returned).
Any product deficiencies must be noted at the time of in-person payment or delivery. Should there be any discrepancies or dispute prior to payment/online order fulfillment, customers are within their right to cancel their order or request an item of the same monetary value that meets their expectations.
Once an online order or in-person order has been fulfilled and the product has been accepted by the customer, there will be no recourse or ability to log a dispute for any issues noted afterwards by the customer. (Please do not end your exchange with our courier unless you are 100% satisfied)
Replacement products/services are non-negotiable and have no financial leverage.
